Just installed 4.20, dashboard all horked

Howdy. I updated my Apex Lite to 4.2. I updated the web pages as well. It seems to have succeeded, but when I go to the dashboard section of the web page, two things happen

1) It draws all over itself (screenshot)

2) It does something to the session such that all the other menus are clipped when you leave the page.

I'm running Safari: 6.0.5 (8536.30.1)

clear your browser's cache. Look at the sticky in the Neptune forums on how to do this by browser if you don't know how.
