just one clown fish

hey guys,

I am looking to buy a clown fish-preferrably a small one that will host an anemone- i know that its a 50/50 shot if you buy it from a store so i figured I would see if anyone was looking to sell one-or knew of where i could buy one that was guaranteed to host. thanks!

I will have a clownfish to sell here in a little bit. I am just waiting for two of the three to show pairing signs. At this point, it is most likely going to be a jigsaw percula that will need to go. He hosts in a RBTA and is very happy with it. I would be keeping the BTA, but anything fuzzy(long tentacles to get lost in) will do fine. He will be more expensive than just a regular perc, but a very interesting fish, nonetheless.

If you want it to host an anemone right away, best bet is to get a wild caught clownfish. Tank bred clowns can learn to host just like wild caught, it sometimes just takes them longer.

I had great luck with my pair of maroon clowns. Both hosted the rbta with a couple of minutes in being in the tank.
