Yes, since he's already in there I would give him about 6-8 hours and if he doesn't perk up or look better at all, start treatment.

Thanks for the help, here is a bad quality pic but my clowns already started to check him out. They usually never leave the right side of the tank and this is the middle lol.

Be careful with the clowns, they can stress him more when he's sick. He's not looking good. If he doesn't inflate by 5pm, I would pull him out. Honestly if it were me, I would treat him now, but since he's already in there, you might want to wait. If he's not attached to anything huge, pull him out. Just try not to stress him anymore.

Yeah they haven't started trying to host it yet, just checking it out I guess. I will give it a few hours and start treatment if it is not looking much better, anyways it'll give me more time to setup everything properly.
 
Also lets say I start treatment here in 5 hours at 5pm, doing a 5G (50%) water change before lights out will that give the cipro enough time to degrade the initial dosage? The lights will only be on for four more hours at that point. Not quite sure, will it matter that much?

Edit: Maybe do 100% water change?

Treat him at 5pm with fresh water that you put in tank. Use DT water.

Don't change the water or dose again until tomorrow evening.
 
He looks pretty bad, I would start treat him also. I would do a 100% water change at the night cycle start and treat him with full dose Cipro tonight. Do 100% water change if the water is not crystal clear every night. if clear then you can do 50% change.
He looks nice (nice color) Hope he will get better for you.

I started the Anemone with treatment at 5:30pm EST,

It's almost like his foot isn't sticking anymore and he is sliding off the rock, is there anything I should do to help with this or just leave him be until the treatment starts giving him more strength?

It does not look like the egg-crate completely divide the tank. You really need to have complete division of the tank or you run the risk of puree anemone soup.

Optical Illusion from your eye seeing the trim on the right side of the photo, it is dividing the tank. There are however holes on the side of the eggcrate about the same size as the eggcrate.

I was thinking the same thing. He's gonna get around that and that will be a $149 mistake. :D

Yeah, that should be good. Don't think he can get around that, but you'll be surprised.

As far as his foot not sticking, that means he's sick. Let the cipro start to work and in 24 hours I think you'll notice a big improvement. Do a WC tomorrow evening and make sure to suck all the detritus up from the bottom. keep the water clear. If the water is really dirty, do 100% instead of 50%. But looking at him, I don't think it will be that bad. He should be fine in 2-3 days but keep treating him with the cipro for at least a week or more. He doesn't look that bad to me, just shipped poorly. I've had some that were 3-4x that bad.
