Hard to tell how bright they are with all my blues on...but they seem to be settling in just fine...also attached are the pic of what they look like in less actinics.

I had a hard time choosing which one I wanted so I grabbed both.

I feel like I've only been reading about tank breakdowns and getting out of the hobby as of late. Kind of a bummer as I hate to see a hobbyist pack up and go, but hope we can insight more excitement in our saltwater community this year! I got my sister-in-law in college into it and there is nothing like hearing her excitement after selling her first frag!

Happy Reefing All!

Be sure to feed them, Annie ...

Trachyphyllia are active nighttime plankton feeders, and require supplemental protein based feedings to ensure proper care ... PE mysis is an especially delectable/nutritious food for Trachyphyllia, as they are packed with protein based lipids. Couple Xs/week !

Best of luck with them :)

Yes, I feed all my LPS corals with Reef Frenzy Pellets or Fauna Marin Ultra LPS pellets. Many of my corals actually like to feed at night (acanthophyllia, dendros, trachyphyllia, cynarina...etc). I kind of like it that way too because I don't have to fend off any fish when everyones sleeping :)
