It's been a long time. After residency I moved to North Carolina for a year and now I'm back in Burlington with plans to visit Ra-Cha-Cha in November (?date). I figured I would see if you had a meet planned and maybe I could come then. Any of the old crew still around...

Mark...I actually sold my stand and canopy about 2 1/2 years ago to a woman in Burlington and I bought it back YESTERDAY! I'm really so psyched to get back into the hobby...it's nice to have the time to do it again...I hope I can still keep a tank. How have you been?

Gary...How are you man! It's been so long. I actually finished training in 2005 and then worked for a year in Charlotte NC (I saw one of the guys from Buffalo working in a shop down there) and then as of July of this year started a fellowship in hematology/oncology back in Burlington. How's your family? They must be growing fast. Have you heard from Mac lately? Dave seems to be totally taken with his "heli's"...I have never seen one...he says they're awesome. How's the tank? You'll have to PM me your number...I know I have it but I've moved so many times I have no idea where to start looking. Is your website still active?

Unreal. You bought your cabinetry back? It's fate- you were meant to have a reef aquarium!
(For those unaware, Todd and his father crafted some beautiful cabinetry.)
The kids and wife are fine. I've seen Mac lurking on RC, but that's all. I've heard that Dave loves his RC toys a lot.
My website needs updating- your pics are still on it. We moved to another house in Spencerport earlier this year. I lost a lot of livestock in the move and I'm regrouping.
You might have seen Dave Stanley (stashudave) down south in that LFS. He's back in Buffalo again. You need to see the new LFS 'AquaTech' in Buffalo.
There's a 'Northern NY' reef club forum that you might want to check out. Gary Greguire can probably fill you in on all things reef-related northeast of Syracuse. I'll PM you my number, man!

I was on RDO back in those days so don't know ya but I'm sure our paths will cross in the future. Come to think of it my mom and sis live in NH and I go up there once a year so maybe on next year's journey...

So now that you're rarin to go with your tank again what do you plan to keep? Sps, lps, softies? Garygreguire's got some nice corals as do some others up that way I'm sure.

Todd, I know the other pic you looked at looked like it. These are also the same exact torch. If they lead you to believe they're not it, let me know. =)

I've heard Tom at TRS claim that it is "Tom's torch" since that's where it came from...he he
