It is labeled as a triple-acting treatment for ich, and Kent seems to be a pretty trustworthy brand. It is supposed to be reefsafe other than starfish, sea urchins, nudibranchs, worms, cucumbers, etc, which I have none of.
I understand the science behind it, but I am a little skeptical. They rely on pepper to make the fish's slime coat work overtime; sloughing off cells and the ich. That is in theory. However, I still do not trust the product. I always have trusted the tried and trued methods of hypo or copper. Until the science truly proves it as effective, the rest are just miracle potions, promising magic in a bottle.
