Kenya Frag Won't Cooperate

I got a kenya frag for free (thanks fishfood23), but it won't superglue on. I have glued many frags with success, but after 24 hours this frag just comes off of the glue. Any clue why?

Use a plastic tooth pick, stick it through the stalk horizontally, and zip tie it to a rock, it will attach in no time.

Use a plastic BrushPick (available at Walgreens in the dental floss section) it has a little brush end. Push that end into your frag about 1/8th of an inch in. you can either snip of the other end and super glue that to a rock. I've done that with toadstools and other leathers or get a margarine container and fill it with large pieces of rock rubble or broken shells. Use a paper punch and punch some holes in the side above the rubble line and more holes in the lid.Put it in your tank where it gets flow. Mine usually attach to the rock rubble within a week or two and then super glue the rock where you want it.

or use a needle and thread and just wrap the rubble rock once or twice. It will attach.....then just leave or cut the thread off.

Toothpick or needle/thread work. I have had the best luck with toothpicks. Never try to super glue leathers/sinularia, they will just move themselves right off of the spot that you glued them too. I think I read about this on GARF.org I beleive that they say that the superglue bothers them and causes them to secrete a substance that will get them off of the glue.

I've used fishing line for softies. tied them fairly snug to a small piece of LR, and within a week they are attached, and you can cut the line off.

You can just yell at him and tell it to "STAY" lol for real I like the JeeMann99 method it is quick and easy and you usually already have a needle and thread at home. Or stuff him in a hole and it will attach and them move to where it wants to be
