Its a long story, but basically he was posting on a thread and abused the T+Cs for RC and was banned for it.

Just watch your language and don't say anything personal towards another RC member, and you should be ok.
Hoh yeah and no commercial selling or promoting.

kevin, a very good friend, was booted about over a month ago. he did violate the rules. there is an explanation for why he did. however, testament to the kinda guy kevin is he understands he has to endure the consequence - and continues to do so patiently.

however, for me, i become impatient every time i ask "...when are you going to be reinstated." he doesn't know, and the guy who banned has put him in "time out" with no end in sight. kevin started emailing him after a month and to date has not recieved a response.

this seems unreasonable to me. not that he was banned (he brought that on himself) but the fact that when someone is banned there's no protocol as to how these situations are handled. first offense - 2 wks; second offense - 2 months; third offense - permanent. no, instead, a guy is put in "time out" with no end in sight - makes me wonder what kinda guys are running this site.
