killing mushrooms

I have a rock that i like with 5 or 6 mushrooms on it and i dont want them in my tank, i was wondering if anyone has any good ways of killing them. I found a way that worked really good.

The mushrooms just melted off lol How would you guys go about getting mushrooms off?

I used a razorblade and kalk paste the other day to get about 20 off of a rock. I like that idea better though. If they come back, I'll have to try it out.

next time call me before and ill cut em off for ya or buy em from you and then you can kalk paste em

I tossed them all in the refugium section of my QT tank's sump with rock rubble, then kalk pasted the stumps that were left on the rock.

If they end up taking, I'll be posting them for sale.

I'll let you know if they take. I just dumped the cut off shrooms into the sump, and haven't checked on them yet.

I'll prob sell them for $5 per 3 polyp frag. I have 2 or 3 rocks already, but those were from previous cuts.
