Finally had some free time to get the apex mounted and running. Have fusion all set up, just have to start switching everything over and getting it dialed in now.

Today have time to get the kessils and my auto feeder setup in fusion. So far so good.

Really like this auto feeder. Can get rid of the old battery powered ones now!:dance: :dance:

Its the apex auto feeder\

Pros: can program it with the apex so can feed whenever, can also program many different times etc......., also has a nice design where the canister pushes out to drop pellets then stores away (a petco one i had would always get some moisture in the actual chamber. Also no batteries

Cons: for a large system you would probably have to fill the container weekly if not more.

There's some great videos of it on youtube, but using it in conjunction with the apex is a homerun IMO

Finally had some free time over the weekend to plumb in my "frag" tank. Its a 30 gallon rimless. Working out pretty nicely! Moved over all the fish and coral from my old 20 gal setup so everything is on the same system finally!

Excuse the pure blue in the pics lights were about to go out for the night and didn't want to ramp them back up. Will try to get a better FTS soon.

Wondering what you think about the cermedia block. I´m thinking about getting 2 for my 260G reef.

Do you recomend it ? Does it clog easy ?

Haven't had any clogging issues yet. I would say still early to tell. But it is just in a high flow area of my sump not used as something to pass all water threw.
