Kole Tang questions

Hi all,
I've had this kole tang for about 5 months. He spent 4 weeks in QT, and the last 4months in the display. He is still very shy. He eats well though. I feed nori, spirulina disks, and whatever he can scrape from the rock and glass. He won't touch the frozen Spirulina. :(

After moving him to the display he has slowly developed shreaded fins. None of the other fish show signs of trouble (blenny, coral beauty, royal gramma, 6line wrasse)

Water prams are:
0 Ammonia
0 Nitrite
5 Nitrate
4meq/l
400 Calcium
8.1-8.3 PH
1.023

The Display is a 75 gal with a 20gal sump, running a skimmer, and dosing ESV B-ionic

Is this common? Is he missing something from his diet? Any thoughts?

three out of the four fish in your tank could be picking on him. Probably not the blenny. The other three are notorious bullies

I haven't noticed anybody picking on him, but the angel rules the seaweed clip, so that may be something.

yeah coral beauties can be nasty. When my maroons anemones decided to move into the coral beautys area, they really fought. Coral beauties can have somewhat of an attitude.
