Kole tang; swollen lips w. green stringy stuff

Got a beautiful Kole tang in the mail 12 hours ago and unfortunately he has some issues.
His lips are swollen and although I am sure it is something else, it almost looks like there's a patch of algae attached to his mouth. (Some kind of fungus maybe?)

He does not eat any food (nori, frozen mysis, flakes, pellets +++ ) and he does not graze at all.
Other than that he looks ok. He is not skinny and he is very active(hard to get a good picture) and curious to his new surroundings.
He is in the tank with a copperband butterfly, tailspot blenny, firefish, chromis and the two smallest orchid dottyback you have ever seen, so no other fish is going to give him a hard time.

Multiple times times the kole has been swimming up to the super tiny tailspot blenny and laid over on his side. It really looks like he thinks the blenny is a cleaner of some kind and is inviting him to fix his mouth (?)
Unsurprisingly, the blenny does nothing. The tang lays still for maybe 5-10 seconds each time then swims away.

A drive to/from the fish store is more than 20 hours, and with my busy schedule that is not really an option.

Any tips on how I should proceed?

Yes. I cannot not think of what it is called, but it is common for Kole Tangs to come in or develop this fungus. I cannot recall the meds that are recommended for the treatment. Maybe the experts will chime in soon.
