+ 1 to what Randy said.
Also, when dosing Zeo, make sure you have adjusted for rock, ACTUAL water volume (rock, sand, tank thickness all play larger than you think). Break your dose into a couple times a day. I have used Zeo for many years and the dosing listed is usually too much especially when using aminos, JOD, PIF, Start 3, etc. Start low, creep up on it. Remember what any system you chose is all about (intent). In Zeo, it is nutrient starvation and then supplementing with the additives to feed coral. I am neither promoting or demoting Zeo, just stating that you need to understand what your system is based around and follow the intent of that regiment.
I read everything Randy has posted and apply to the intent of what Zeo is about. It has done nothing but help me in the many years I have been following and doing. There is plenty published in Zeo forum and help there on that particular system. Again, don't want to debate the validity of Zeo, but more want to express pick your "poison" and work with it and make very calculated decisions. Remember, F=MA and nobody will ever change that!
