Hummmmm. I doubt all pumps are bad at the same time I will contact their customer service directly.

I'm thinking the same, I just don't know what I'm doing wrong.
I appreciate the help.

I am no expert and only have mine for around 3 months but if it was me i will do this:

1. Turn all pumps off.
2. Try and work with 1 pump at a time.
3. Calibrate pump #1.
4. Check pump #1 function and see if everything is OK.
5. If that works do the same with the others.
