Whatever paint you use wipe off the outside of the glass with rubbing alcohol to remove any grease or silicates- you could also use laquer thinner but it's harsher and not really needed.
Use Krylon and use a light first coat. If after painting a first coat you see any fish-eyes you can re clean the area and continue to prime.
Krylon goes on great and dries fast. If you don't have much experience spray painting it will still come out looking great.
