I recently purchased 40lbs of live rock (which I'm anxious to receive today!) and have purchased from them in the past.
Today I was delighted to find that, because I live so close, they partially refunded my next day air shipping preference as they knew the LR would get here in time using a less expensive shipping option. They even left a personal voice mail just to let me know.
My previous purchase with them; an Aquactinics light fixture, was slightly delayed, but they kept me informed every step of the way and even contacted the manufacturer directly on my behalf for updates and arrival estimates.
Premium Aquatics professionalism, quality of product/service, integrity, outstanding communication and honesty truly make them a first class operation.
I'm anxious to do business with PA again!
