L.A. in wall 800 gallon system!

Thanks for all the love guys...

You are definitely right about the structures...they seemed large until I placed them into the tank! I'm still going to add a little bit to them but they are definitely underwhealming ...but that was my goal (to make the corals the stars of the show!

The salt also came in...very good day!

Great choice on salt. I love it!

Great build also.

I knew a guy who talked to me a lot about a tank this size in his house, and he used to always ask me a lot of suggestions on the tank. But I have since then been in no contact with him, I lost his number....

Hey bro, it was good to hear from you...I would love for you to come over and check it out!

Very excited to see this bad boy in person, hopefully I can help out with it. Good looking work George!!! Cya mañana

Tagging along. Cant wait to see the final project. Also, its good to see someone in my neighborhood (LA) do a build on here; not to take aqay from all the other locations.

Thanks!

The Monster!

The Monster!

Here is the skimmer put together and sitting next to my car for scale...this thing is bigger than I imagined! Very Impressive...looks too big (if that's even possible)

Here is the pump it comes with which is pretty big and heavy as well! Btw the PVC type plumping that comes with this skimmer...does it need to be glued together?

This is where you can catch a glimpse of my first fish to enter the tank...my Vlamingi Tang (he is about 6-7" long but in this tank he looks like he is as big as a clown fish!)

Looking good!

Are there any plans to try and conceal the return lines coming in from the bottom of the tank?

Yes I will definitely be covering return lines and the opening above the tank as well as the opening to the closet next to the tank. I'm just waiting to make sure I'm done with all the equipment stuff and then I will bring my Carpenter out to measure and build me some wood Cabinet style doors.
