Hey Guys thanks for the support...A buddy of mine named Josh Gunther who is an amazing photographer came over a couple weeks ago and took some nice pics of the tank from the two main sides. Cheers!

George,

Looks great. It's been a month what's your thoughts on the LED switch? When does the first DWP bill come ?

I'm actually coming up on 2 months with my Radion Pros...all my SPS seem happy and growth seems better than ever! I used to have 3 -400w metal halides and 16- 80w T-5 bulbs so 2,400 watts. Now I run my radions on 65% power and every body seems happy!

The verdict isn't in yet on the power bill...but my chiller hasn't been plugged in for two months and my temperature never seems to go above 78 degrees. :bounce3:

Really sweet set up. Hopefully the LEDs can help keep your money in your pocket and not so much in the utilities...

Amen Brother... I wish I would have built this tank with efficiency in mind from the beginning but over two years ago the jury was still out on if you could happily grow SPS with LEDS. But I'm glad I waited until the technology matured.
:spin3:

How are the Achilles and Sohal getting along?

I actually have an Achilles, a Sohal, and a powder blue. All of them are doing well together... One trick I used is to purchase them at different sizes. When I bought them the Achilles was XL, the Sohal was medium, and the powder blue was tiny!

Great minus the PB, I basically built this new tank to house an Achilles and Sohal together :)

Was planning on a larger Achilles than Sohal as well.

Would you suggest putting them in together after QT?

Also, how are the Crosshatches doing? Was also thinking of putting a pair in before the Achilles and Sohal go in. Do they leave the CUC and smaller fish alone?

I don't reccomend putting the Achilles and the Sohal together while in quarantine. Also make sure to put the Achilles first since they are more sensitive. As for the Crosshatch Triggers they never bothered invertabrates under my watch but the female got a taste for small fish and would eat anything that was similar to a damsel, chromis, anthias, firefish, etc. So you take your chances. :headwalls: My male died unfortunately and I sold off my female to someone with a predator tank.
