Large Blue Hippo with fuzzy/stringy white body projections

My guess was flukes or worms of some type so I dosed prazi pro tonight. Tank is at around 1.011 because I've been dropping salinity to take care of some ich. These don't appear to be ich cysts though or a dusting like velvet. They look almost like tiny fur balls and some seem stringy. She eats fine and doesn't seem to be bothered by them.

How big is the tank? How much Prazi did you dose? Did you try a FW dip to confirm flukes? How long have you had her?

Tank is a 700 gallon.

Dose enough for about 800 gallons which includes the sump and doesn't account for rock displacement so plenty of extra.

Didn't do a freshwater dip only because every sick fish I've ever dipped has died soon after so I'm not crazy about it.

She does seem to have far fewer today.

If it looks furry like mold it could be an infection with Saprolegnia or an Oomycete. They are normally more common in fresh or brackish waters. But since you lowered your salinity into the brackish range it could be a possibility.

Could be lymphocystis, a virus always caused by stress which would make sense with hypo. Only thing that cure it is time and good diet/water quality. Although if you notice more or less quickly it might not be Nodule disease
