Laud's 210 build

Some updated pictures. If anyone can give me some ideas on getting rid of of this algae problem I've got.

Looks really nice. What coral is that 2 pictures up? It is purple with green polyps. Bonsai?

Lacy,
Yes, I bought it as a Garf Purple Bansai. I am color blind and thought the polyps were yellow, though.

Santiago,
Thank you for the compliment on the cabinetry.

Thanks everyone. This is with my new Radium 250 20k's. I used high shutter speed and low ISO, so it turned out darker/bluer than in person.

Yes, I think that is a 2nd generation Rogger frag. He even verified it was his. Always one of my favorites in every tank I've seen.

Great build, man!

Tank looks great...Did you overcome your algae problem? If so, can you explain what was the problem and how did you solve it?

Yes, I overcame my algae problem, for the time being. The bubble algae is on the move again. I used Emerald crabs for the bubble algae and rock removal if possible to clean. The bristly, beardy stuff was exterminated by a few big ol Mexican turbo snails.

I got this little green candy cane at ReefsEdge awhile ago. There were 3 heads and 2 died. Now, it has started growing again. This is after a feeding. I love the life in a coral reef. Some people come over and think stuff is plastic and store bought, not realizing what is a basketball sized coral was once an inch long stick. O, the secret addiction we carry.
