lawnmower blenny and watchman goby???

I currently have 2 perc. clowns, 1 firefish, 1 6 line wrasse, 2 grn. chromis and a lawnmower blenny( ~ 4" long) in a 36 Gallon bowfront.

I would reallllly like to add a yellow watchman goby/pistol shrimp pair as my final fish addition but I am concerned the blenny will harass the new goby. Has anyone had any experience with that mix or with a lawnmower blenny and any other gobies? Any thoughts/experience on this would help!!

Blennies sometimes do harass other fish, and that's not a very big tank for two bottom dwellers. The fish do resemble each other, etc, so I personally wouldn't risk it, but it might work. I chose to keep my YWG pair as the only bottom-dwelling fish, albeit in a slightly smaller tank.

I have a lawnmower blenny and a Orange spotted sand sifting Goby. No problems at all.

I also have a 36g bow tank with live rock. The goby sifts the sand and the blenny stays in the rocks most of the time.

Thanks for all your replies. I might have to give it a try and watch carefully. So far the lawnmower hasn't picked on any of the other fish, he's too busy eating algae off the glass and rocks.

be careful with your bioload also, 8 fish is alot for a 36 gal. You will find this out as they all grow to their full adult sizes

I don't see a problem here, I have a 15 gallon goby only tank with 10 gobies and pistol shirmp no problem. My 200g have lawmowe and yellow watchman together no problem.
