Lawnmower Blenny running out of algae to eat

It might not eat for a while but soon enough he will go for frozen food and nori. Doubt it will starve to death

Wish I could get mine back to only algae. He's a pig. Eats anything and everything. Even pulls food out of the zoas mouth. I hate it. He also just doesn't care about anything. He'll sit right on top of every coral in the tank. But he does have a ton of personality and looks cool. I love his "eyebrows".

I have lawnmower and I give it lettuce,garlic chives,green leaves from spring onions.broccoli
bok choy leaves...

move algae from the fuge to the dt for him to eat. or move him to the fuge. you could also try seaweed pellets such as hikari. when placed in water they become very natural algae looking.

I'll second Nori. I feed it to my bi-color blenny when he runs low on natural things on the rocks.

You can always turn off your filtration. Grow more algea feed more do less maintence alg3a will grow.

My LM Blenny beats up my Kole! But I think they've worked out their differences. My Blenny eats any and everything in the tank and sits waiting for more.

My starry blenny would only eat algae on the glass and rocks, totally ignored nori and mysis. I Finally rubberbanded the nori to the live rock and now he goes crazy for it, he also guards it until its gone. Now he loves the algae wafers, looks like a dog playing with a frisbee.
