Leaving hobby, stuff FS

Hi everyone,
I'm getting out of the saltwater hobby, and have the following for sale:

-Approx 60 lb. Fiji live rock (nice coraline alge coverage) @ $2/lb. or $80 for all of it (would like to get rid of it all at once).
-1 skunk cleaner shrimp @ $10
-Typhoon skimmer, set up but never used @ $50

Who makes the skimmer? I need another one. Is it a venturi/needle wheel or what? I may be interested in the shrimp too.

The skimmer is made by D&D Marine, and is a hang on tank, venturi type. Drs Foster & Smith sell them. The cleaner shrimp is spoken for.

I don't want to give the live rock to the lfs, or the dumpster, so make an offer, it's flexible.
