led bulb suggestions

Hello all, I realize this has probably been done to death, please bear with me. The tank in question is a 6 gal edge. It has been running for 2 yrs. I have been growing ulva in it since July of last year under the stock lights. They have since mostly burned out, I am currently using a cheap led until I find out what I should get. I want to add some orange tipped dragon's tounge and some blue ochtodes. I would prefer to use a par30 or par38 bulb. From my research so far I realize I probably need something with whites reds and blues, but I am unsure of the ratios, or how many watts I need. Any help appreciated!!

I just saw your post back on NR! I may be wrong but in my exp, if you are gonna try and mix macros with different lighting needs, I would go for a fixture that uses many different color LEDs to acheive it's spectrum vs a fixture that uses only 10000k for example. Maybe look for a higher kelvin fixture that includes diodes that emit some lower range light? The macros may not thrive or display explosive growth, but you should be able to keep them alive at a slower growth rate. That being said, most are fairly hardy and adaptable. Try them out and see how they do. I want to point out again that I am no means a led expert as someone will probably chime in lol.
