While I'll be the first to agree that that's quite a bit of money in my stuff. It took me a few years to get there. The other thing is priorities. I became very frugal because I had to pay off a few very large medical bills and learned how to do without frivolous things. When the bills were gone, I didn't change. I haven't been on a big vacation for a few years. I don't have children. Work at it. It may not be easy, but as far as I'm concerned, it's worth it.
Oh yea, and by the way.
Which is the why the only shots you get are with the subject leaving.
Nice kit! Maybe by the time I'm as old as Jesse I'll have some nice stuff like that too...

Pretty close, though totally different. In my shot, aperture was more open and I didn't have the bottom cap on the lens. Lighting is also different.

nice prop I like the pillar just adds flare to the shot now I need to find some small enough to accent my shots of lens or watch or whatever ..

I like this. Always was a fan of the 16-35 2.8L over the 17-40 though. I don't have product shots of my lenses unfortunately. Have you had a chance to compare the 100mm 2.8 to the new L version?
