paulthomas; Because of the width of my tank, the light doesn't spill over the edges of my tank. The additional T5 reflectors help to direct all the light in the right way
When I designed this pendant I chose for this look instead of a closed, finished pendant becuase the Lumenarcs can be very nice to look at when you incorporate them well in a pendant.
Thats why I chose for an open aluminium structure, showing the reflectors and pendants. All in an aluminium or powdercoated silver finish.
I already liked the aluminium look of the Lumenarcs, so I did now powdercoated them. I did treated the inside and outside with a (clear) anti-corrosive coating. This also protect the insides of the Lumenarcs and T5 reflectors against saltwater splashed and corrosion stains.
Feel free to copy my design! If you have more questions, you can always ask them.
Chris; Thanks!

The waterheight is about 13,3" high.
My lighting schedule is;
All T5 13 hours a day. (4x 80 watt + 4 x 24 watt) (11 am - 12 pm)
Both MH 7 hours a day (2x 400 Watt) (14 pm - 21 pm )
Soon I will begin to experiment with my two 70 Watt MH spots, to aim some additional light directly to the Tables.
