Leopard wrasse cohabitation

I have a good size (currently 3.5" female) meleagris and have a chance to pick up a small ornatus maybe 1.5". Would doing so be a recipe for disaster? I've had the meleagris about a month FWIW.

shouldn't be a problem....just make sure the Ornate is eating well and healthy before placing it in....

How do you sex the ornate? Are they dichromatic? I figure it's likely a female because of size, and the meleagris has female coloration.

Note the facial patterns in addition to the coloration; also the difference in the dorsal fin.

One of my 2 ornate wrasses (both females so far) has been hitting on the introduction box holding 1 Meleagris large female, couple of bipartitus small females and a couple of melanurus females as well. It seems to target the meleagris specifically with minimal interest in the other 4. not sure if the meleagris is starting to turn female or if it's becuase its slightly larger than the ornatus. The other smaller ornatus doesn't show any interest or agression in the new wrasses.
