maggie, i noticed that you named it Randy's LE Rainbow Palythoa.

who is Randy? and what qualifies it to be called LE?? and why ya sellin if its new??

just some friendly advice, they are cool looking, but not really for how much you are asking for, maybe half that and you could get some people buying them with consistancy. esspecially those lunar ones, they are all over the place now.

but who knows, maybe some peeps will go for it ;) good luck!

I am not here to talk about my sales and prices If you have issues or questions with anything I sale please email me.

I am here to see what other color PE's other people have I have a large prop tank set up and have been adding new frags and colonies for some time now. Most of what I have is zoas and a few PE's. I have seen so many cool looking PE's in the past few weeks so I want to start adding some of them in my collection. Some of them are hard to find but in time they will be in my area and I will grab them up.

well, not trying to start something here, but if you posted a picture of something you are currently selling elsewhere, and you are in the business of selling it.....i'd say that makes you fair game to any questions.

check out the forum rules if you need to. again, not attacking you or being disrespectul, was simply just asking a question.

so aside from the other stuff i asked, the question still stands...

who is Randy? and what qualifies it to be called LE??

i'd say thats a legit question since you have your business site linked on your profile, the question is pure curiousity on my part. i have no clue who randy is, and why it is LE?

I could be a little on the defenside side because when I post any pictures or anything else here, I am accused of trying to sell my products here. Just because I own a business selling corals does not mean that is my intent. I come on here because I am as much a hobbyist as everyone else.

So, to answer your questions and get them out of the way so we can go back to the thread topic:

Randy is my husband and has grown them out for 2 yrs from a frag that came in on a zoa colony. They are one or the newest items that we are releasing on my site as a LE. We have a limited supply of them and have never seen them anywhere else.We will only sell a limited supply to keep the mother colony in good shape for future stock.

oh cool!! haha. you should put that up on your site that randy is your husband, from which they were named by. i was honestly confused by this. but yeah, that pretty cool you guys have named them after him.

but you should definitely think about putting up an explanation of why they are called that. its starting to look shaddy now-a-days when people use the "LE" terminology cuz they are trying to make a buck.

good luck! ;)

were are the palythoas these are all protopalthoas. some of these might be palys but i really doubt it.palythoas are usually pretty dull greens and yellows protopalythoas arent set as deep in there mat as palys thats why palythoas are called sea mats!im not trying to be a jerk at all just letting some of the newbies here
know how to tell the 2 apart.on the le questions who really has the right to call something a L E ??i think anyone with a nice coral has that right if people dont respect it well o well!
