Cool Pictures. Please tell me you didn't eat that chicken's head.......or foot  .

If you want the picture to show instead of the link copy the code that says IMG Code. I believe it is the 4th one listed on photobucket (bottom one).

I ate everything they put in front of me. Yea, I ate the brains and some tiny bits of meat from the chicken head. I tried to get something edibable off the feet but it was like eating rubbery, jello like, tasteless chicken skin and no meat available. the way they do it is take a bite, chew, mush, swallow soft stuff and spit out bones. They will spit out the bones in conversation! Culture thing, I didnt mind cause I applied it with crabs.

Randy, the bottle is what they call "soldiers". It's similar to saki but you do full shots of it everytime someone considers you said anything "toast-able". I caught on and started throwing out praises of their company, staff, and my appreciation of their work as our agent. Not sure of the proof. they said it was strong but I say it's a relative opinion - my legs and butt still hurt sitting on the wood floor after 2 hrs.

The seafood market (lobster pic) was a strip where about +50 vendors had live/fresh seafood. You pick it out, they bag it up, and you have a local restraunt fix it up sushami or cooked. We had what looked to be astrias, mantis, razor/bamboo clams, fish (swimming in tank when picked out), lobster, geoduck and I'm sure I'm forgetting 3-4 things. That night I ate a grouper eye plucked with chop sticks. Did you know there's a small bone or pearl like thing in an eye? I didnt either. I was drinking Johnny Walker, not beer.

Good times I tell ya. I didnt do any "Andrew Zimmerman" street foods because the people that hosted me wouldnt let me.

Oh, the geoduck is harvested from Washington State and is a delicacy in Asia. A single one can go from $150 and up. I guess that's why none of them had ever tried one. I felt like Gene Simmons "It's good to be me" the whole time I was there.
