I race downstairs and Santa got my letter! There are two nanostreams and a multicontroller under the tree!

Of course the first thing I do is unwrap them carefully, read the instructions front to back, fill out my warranty card then my Xmas turns dark as I am filled with the lingering doubts of how to add these to my system.

So the second thing I do is run to the PC to ask Roger what to do. But of course he's enjoying Xmas and doesn't look at the forum. My Xmas is ruined!

What would you suggest? I've never owned Tunzes before. I'll probably be switching back to the Eheim 1250 as a return pump, so only about 175gph flow from there. The 2 nanos will be most of my flow. Will be mixed reef someday...

2 6055 and the multicontroller would be perfect. I would probably do about 300gph for your return. A 1260 or turned down 1073.03 Tunze would be perfect.

Where to put though? The tank is visible to the left and front. The right is near a wall. I know usually it's "put one in each back corner and point towards the middle" but is it better to put one in the middle of the right side wall?

And I know the nano's can pulse...any suggestions as to which program?

The corners are still going to be the best, maybe both on the back wall. They are not bad looking pumps. Interval 2 is what I would use but we can cross that hurdle when we get there.

Roger, I have a 75g reefready (48x18x21) with an overflow on the left , a 4" dsb and zoanthids a plenty. I have planned on two 6055s and a 7095. I figured back corners facing the opposite front corners, but don't know what 'speed' or flow setting I would crank them to. Would I just turn the dials all the way up to start and then slowly back down as necessary?

Realistically, I think it is best to discuss such things after the products arrive, it is still 3 months away and without having things in your hands, I don't know how helpful it will be. They come with manuals and most of the fun in having toys is playing with them.
