Just make sure you have a quarantine tank set up. Those tangs will most likely end up with ick without being treated.

I was planning on a 55 quarantine... is that ok? And what do you recommend I treat them with.

I use prazi and cupramine on everything. You could do the tank transfer method instead of the cupramine if you prefer though. I just find cupramine easy and safe so I do that instead of the tank transfer. Whichever method you decide just make sure you do it for every fish. It saves a lot of frustration in the end.

I'd go with a group of a male and a few females all of the same type of flasher wrasse instead of mixing up different males.

I would drop the large tangs (naso & orange shoulder). Both grow to well over a foot long and even a 180 may get crowded for them once they get to their adult size.
