I just got one of these as well.. Very beautiful and interesting creatures.. If you know the biology behind them, they are even more interesting...
I'd not worry about the eggs.. I don't think anything will bother eating the eggs.. Nudibranches let off a unfavorable toxic to defend themselves from any predators.. Although I'm not sure, the eggs should be protected...
If not, don't bother... If they do hatch, I don' think there would be enough food to sustain them for long..

I have a few generations of them and they are still reproducing. I have over 100 of them. Go to this site and under search type in "lettuce Slug" There is a lot of information there (I also submitter something) http://www.seaslugforum.net/message.cfm?id=new
