Expect some form of an algea bloom. When dosing any agent that can kill one thing, it will kill many. This adds bio load and removes critters that aid in breaking down waste. I would assume every one will see some increase in algea growth, I now I did. It is to be expected. frequent GAC changes, regular WCs, and good skimmer maintenace become key to fending that off. It'll settle down if you stay after it.
What worries me more is the loss of SPS. As has already been asked, please summarize your dose, frequencey and state of the SPS when you started. As I mentioned above, I only saw SPS stress when I drastically OD'd the system. I am convinced that those SPS I lost after begining the treatment were gonners before I began.
We really need to appreciate how damaging the AEFWs can be. No treatment can be perfect and with out side effects. Hopefully, this experience will teach everyone afflicted that an ounce of prevetion, is worth a pound of cure. QT .... QT .... QT
