LF: E Marco 400 cement

Looking to aquascape with some larger rocks and heard this stuff is better than epoxy for this purpose. Please let me know if you have any laying around. Or share your experience with cements from HomeDepot.

I was only able to find it on marcorocks.com. No sure if any other website sells it. I don't know if I would need 5lbs.
