LF: Feed Pump For Calcium Reactor

Does anyone have a suggestion on a pump to feed my calcium reactor? Not sure what to get since the feed line is so small. Anyone with one local?

Thanks!!

My Lifereef reactor uses a very small rio pump if I'm not mistaken. It does not take too much of a pump.

Lab grade peristaltic pump. 24/7, "big flow" (for a peristaltic pump) and longgggg life, no clog, and very precise effluent control.

I tee mine off of the return pump with a ball valve on the outlet. I bought Chadray's CA Rx; that's how he ran it, and it's working well for me.

Make a T off of your main return pump and have it converted to a ro line then a ball valve to control how much water is feed in

I t off return pump with manifold. It has a valve but I leave it open all the Time. I control/ valve back the effluent instead with a gate valve

They struggle for ATO purposes - hopefully you'll have better luck with it than I had using it for that.

Ebay has a lot of peristaltic pumps for sale (like the cole-palmer), you would need to research a bit to get the right one, but much cheaper then buying new. I went this route for my 2 part dosing pumps.

Make sure rated for 24/7 if you go this route. Mine is a cole palmer.
