LF large Bubble tip Anemome

Hi all -

I'm looking for a larger(er) bubble tip to host my clowns. It doesn't have to be huge, but at least reasonable size to host 2 healthy clowns that love to beat the hell out of them

Unfortunately my smaller LTA gave up a while back and my clowns have been lonely for a year or so.

Anyone have one that they can spare to lose?

How big are the clowns? What can sometimes happen is that the clowns are too big for the anemone, and they host so much that it starves the anemone.

All my bubbles are smaller, but I try not to let my clowns host in them. They have a couple haddoni and gig nems to host in. You may want to consider going to large anemones. Gigs and Haddon's don't split, so there is that as well

Hi,

The clowns are about 2" each and semi aggressive. I have no doubt that they starved out my poor LTA over time. But I wont give them all the credit. I probably could have made a better effort to feed him. Lessons learned.

While the gig may be nice, I have my heart set on a large(ish) BTA. So that even if it splits, it will be plenty bug for the clowns.

I had a great BTA in the past that thrived hosting these clowns. He just decided to commit suicide in a powerhead one day after not moving from his happy location of 5 years!

Thanks for the reply. Please keep me in mind if you hear of some larger(ish) BTA's. I also have a few others looking around. It's time to give these guys a home again.
