Reefersteve, booster pump helps if your pressure going to the r/o unit is low. They really help a great deal.

There's a guy on the NCPARS forum that has an Aquatek 6800 for $40 shipped. He only has the pump, no transformer or valves, so check your transformer for power.

I'll PM you his info. I meant to check it out at their swap yesterday, but completely forgot.

I'm also looking for a RO Booster, but I need everything (pump, transformer, pressure switch, and shut off valve)

Okay I got the pump from Rob (nice to meet you). It works great for me. My pressure was way under 20 about 10, tds was about 17 with that flow. Made about 1 gal a decade. With the pump I'm slightly above 100 and the tds has dropped down to about 4. Makes about 30+ gal a day from what I can tell. I know the pressure is high, but gonna run it this way and see what happens....
all and all very pleased.

Mark how did you read that I think those python vacuums work under 20

I was reading it off my pressure gage on the R/O unit. That is at my work.
