I just named the place I agree there prices are insane. I window shop in there but have yet to buy anything. they do have some nice stuff and some people are willing to pay more for what they want.

I remembered that from other forum MR, pets warehouse vendor forum if you see what you want, send him a pm and he can bring it over to other store for you to pay/pick up

Sorry, country critters corals are awful painful to see...but fishes and supplies is fine.

You already know the answer to that by my signature. It really doesnt matter pw in setauket is a disappointment ive been there a few times, bought a few things but just nothing that sticks out and no sps really. I was hoping for more. Thats my opinion if you dont like it go pound sand. I'm a proud member of this club and I did more than some in raising awareness of NERAC. I shouldnt have to defend myself on this forum, especially from a hobbyist who wants to pick a fight behind a computer screen.

Kurt, working for the competition makes you biased. Now that is something that is a reasonable expectation, however, it also means you shouldn't be making comments about the competition anymore than the competition should be posting here with their also biased opinions about your store. It's also considered a violation of the commercial parts of the [ua]. If we allowed such things, it wouldn't be long before we'd be seeing the online LFS wars

Can't believe you guys are concerned about LFS store locations on LI when most are an hours drive or less away. I moved off the island after my first 20 years and now i have to travel a min of 2.5 hours to get to a decent store. Just time your travel to beat the traffic .
