Light Mover

I seen a thread back in 06 about a diy light mover but it was incomplete anyone know where i can get instructions on building a mover.

Don't laugh, I had to ask what it was seveal of years ago. I had never heard of one. Someone filled me in my telling me it was what moved the lighting around, for visual effect, in a department store window.
