Lighthing improvement

A while back I moved my 55 gallon reef back to a 29 gallon to make room for my 180. The 55 had 4 110 watt vhos. The 29 has a dual 65 watt pc fixture. Everything is healthy, but the frogspawn and trumpet are not as they were before. So, I was thinking of supplementing the tank with additional light. I am considering a single T5 linear strip from coralife (18w) or a 70 mh fixture. What would others recommend? thanks tommy

Is anything perminent in this hobby. Everything stays the same until I can afford to change it! That being said, this setup will remain for at least a year.
