Lighting problem

I just purchased this setup brand new: icecap 250 w e-ballast, reef optix III pendant, 20k XDE XM 250 watt bulb. When I wired it up it was fine for about 2 days. Then today I came home and the bulb will not fire up. The ballast is emiting a buzzing sound. I switched ballasts and pendants with my other pair that I have had for about 4 months and the new ballast fired up the old pendant. So, no problem with the ballast. Then I switched the xm bulb with my old ab 10k de and it fired up fine. So, I have a defective bulb. I want to return it and get credit back for the bulb. But, in the meantime I really need another bulb to light my corals. So, I will place another order for a bulb and have it overnighted to me. Once you receive the other bulb can you credit it back to my account?
