2 and a half hours is probably a little soon to bump a thread.

With that low of light you'll probably want to go with a bubble tip anemone. You'll also want to feed it pretty heavily.
 
Since you don't have any experience with anemones, I wouldn't try to keep one with that little light. As Dan said a BTA would be the only kind you should even consider.
That said, ocellaris (the type of clown you have) are notoriously finicky about what types of anemones they like to adopt. Your clown might jump right into a BTA or it may take months for him to decide he likes the anemone.
Clowns don't need an anemone. Since your light levels are low, I would suggest you go without an anemone until you upgrade your lights.
