lighting question.

ok i got a dual power compact. so im assuming 1 white and one blue. K so a 10k and an actinic but what is the difference between Actinic Blue 460nm and Actinic03 420 nm. one says Bright light and one says Vibrant light lol which one is better?

but I KNOW I have read of people using only actinics... so... SO it looks like I would be better off with a 65k and a 10k with NO actinics? but then the colors will suck right? hmm opinions please. LauraCline said s 50/50 and a 10k. Just for the record.
