Lighting Suggestions? ( Oceanic 135 )

So I've started to poke a little at LED fixtures. On my 90 I was running a Nova Extreme Pro 6 bulb T5. With the 6 foot tank, I'll have to try something new.

Thankfully, it looks like LED fixtures are coming down in price and going up in reliability.
I'm willing to pay for a quality build and with the recent house move I am already sick of DIY. Historically, my tank has housed primarily soft corals, but I would like the capability to go with SPS on this larger tank.

Does anyone have any opinions on specific brands? I've started closely researching the Evolution LED fixtures. I figure I'll need 2 or 3 of them.

Attached is the tank as of last night, currently running in leak-test mode.

Unless they have upgraded them, the evolutions were 1w bulbs.
I think you would want to look at fixtures with 3w bulbs.

so it looks like Evolutions are off the list since they are still 1w LEDs. Looking at the popular AI SOL and Maxspects now.

I've been reading the maxspect thread, unfortunate that they are not dimmable. What type of controller are you using Paul? I may take you up on that offer to see your lighting setup(and tank!)

So for a 72" tank, I would probably be looking at 2x MaxSpect G2-170 LED Aquarium Lighting (at $729 ea), right?

This oceanic has a large center glass brace. I'm trying to factor that in with LED lighting setups. I'd like to avoid having a centered 3rd light if at all possible due to the glass brace.

I have a 6 foot tank also with a brace. It does block some light, but I just take advantage and place my acans and chalices here.....

I ended up pulling the trigger on the following setup:

The dimming ability on the AI's is what finally sold me on them. Yeah, I'm paying a bit more, but hopefully with less hassle. Going the proper route this time and will be using a big controller to manage everything, down to the ATO. Now I just need to get a decent UPS.
