Lighting suggestions, please.

I'm getting a frag tank soon. The dimensions are 48" x 12" x 13". Any suggestions on lighting? I was thinking some kind of flourescents (T5s?), but of course since this is a frag tank, it's really only about growth.... Web links would be nice if you have them....

T-5 would be my choice i would use maybe 3-4 of the 36"
