Limpet?

Is this a limpet? I have these all over the tank but this is a bigger one. Most are much smaller. I posted this question a while back but didn't have great pics. These aren't much better because it's hard to get one that shows the shape of the shell well but hopefully these will do. There are two pics of the shell and one of the underside (which looks a lot like a snail). Thanks for the help!

It looks like a limpet or a keyhole limpet. They are closely related but come from different habitats, true limpets from above the high tide line and can be out of the water and the keyhole limpets which have a hole in the shell and do not take dessication that well. All species are algea grazers and should not bother any other aquarium inhabitants.

Thanks philter4. The part about not bothering any other reef inhabitants is exactly what I wanted to hear because they are everywhere!

Awesome...they're multiplying at an exponential rate so I thought I'd get the final word on them. This is one thing that I love about this hobby because there is so much life in a saltwater tank. Of course that means there are even more pests and predators but I guess that's all part of the fun! Haha!
