why do I get this link when I try to log in to the apex setup online?I had it saved on my bookmarks and this is where it takes me now. what is the new url?

Your PC is not understanding the Apex hostname when you enter http://apex .
Can you access your Apex by just entering the IP address?
If you modified your port on the Apex from the default of 80, try adding that to the end like this http://apex:8080 or whatever it might be.
