Little worm ID help

Looks like a little bristle to me but was too small for my eyes. He was hiding in some chaeto. Sorry old camera but I think it's pretty visible.

Safe to keep or should he go into the test tank?

thanks for the replies. It's what I thought but I've always seen them way bigger than that.
