Live Aquaria Acan problem

I got an Ultra Acan Lord from Divers Den. I took it out of the bag, slightly cold so I acclimated it for a good hour. After I put it in my tank, it looked awful, which was kind of expected. It is the next day and it looks even worse. All of my parameters are fine and I'm concerned. Is this normal? Should it come out in a couple of days? Also, has anyone else had these problems with this? I will post pictures as soon as I can. Thanks for any info.

contact Liveaquaria immediately to let them know you are having a problem. They have the best live stock policy out there and chances are they will extend the gaurantee period to give it more time to improve.

As far as the acan, where do you have it located in the tank? if it is in direct light or flow I would try to find an area in the tank that is shaded a little from light and protected from flow.

It is at the bottom of a tank with little flow. I am trying to start an acan collection so I am trying to get ideal acan conditions.
