I have approximately 100 lbs of live rock that I am selling. A little less than half of it has been in my tank for about 1 year. It has good coraline on it. The rest came from another setup I recently purchased. It has been in my tank for more than a month. I was biologically alive when I got it, but it still has little to no coraline on it.
Hidden somewhere in the rock is either a pistol or mantis shrimp. It came with the original rock that I have had for about a year. In all that time, I haven't seen the shrimp to be able to ID it, but you can definitely hear it at night. I haven't lost any fish, but I have had some snails dissappear. It will be up to you to either keep or rid the rock of this guy. I just didn't want anyone to get an unexpected surprise.
Most of the rock is very porous with lots of holes and interesting shapes. There is a pretty neat branch piece too.
I am not exactly sure about the weight of the rock, but I think it is around 100lbs. I am hoping to get $250 for all of it.
I posted a couple of pictures of the rock, taken today, in my gallery. There are a few pieces in my sump that are not shown in the pictures.
PM me if you are interested, or if you have other questions, or would like more detailed pictures.
Thanks,
Tom
